TUSC often works on residential housing developments and mixed use residential and retail schemes, providing pre acquisition utility feasibility studies and advice which where sites are then acquired, multi-utility new connections, diversions and disconnections services.  By their very nature these schemes are typically between 2 – 5 years in duration and accordingly we are currently working on a number of mixed use developments in London.
Aberystwyth (Private Farm) – diversion of overhead apparatus to clear site for residential development.
Taylor Wimpey – TUSC commenced working with Taylor Wimpey at its East Anton development since 2010. We organised the diversion of an 11kV overhead line, 33kV overhead line and 132kV overhead lines at a fraction of the original overall cost. TUSC liaised with SSE to resolve various issues and expedite the diversions.
Upton EstateTUSC commenced providing consultancy services to the Estate in 2009, and has assisted with: The diversion of two overhead lines and a voltage regulator; a review of the electricity network across the Estate; the connection of its business park; new connections, new meter installations; a review and organisation of the Estate’s Wayleave Agreements with Western Power Distribution; a review of its telecoms/fibre network; the organisation of a change from a private water supply within the Estate to the installation of a new mains supply adopted by Severn Trent Water.

Oxfordshire (Private Estate) – Wayleaves and Consents services including agreeing free undergrounding of high voltage electricity overhead line.
