Steve Gist – CEO

Having worked in the utility industry since 1974, Steve has a reputation for innovative solutions to getting any job done within project constraints. He has a property related background and has been a leader within the contestable utility markets since their inception.

Charlotte Gist – CFO

Charlotte has worked in the utility industry for over a decade. Her extensive range of management and financial skills, and her background in accounting, allow her to run TUSC while ensuring cohesion across the wide range of services we deliver.

Nate Dunham – Associate Director – Corporate

Nate joined us in February 2021. He has a BLA, graduated in 2005 and brings 16 years’ experience with 11 years project management experience in high end residential and commercial developments.  Over the last 16 years Nate has worked on projects in the UK, USA (Florida and California regions) and Mexico.  He has strong communication, negotiation, cost management, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Dan Sandbrook – Associate Director – Operations

Dan joined TUSC as a Senior Project Manager in January 2020.  Having obtained his degree from Cardiff University he embarked on a project management career.   He now has 12 years’ experience working in the utility industry and in more recent years on multi-utility new connections projects.   He has strong communication, negotiation, cost management, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Josephine Dunham – Administration & Policy Manager

Josephine joined our team in 2002, and has been an integral part of the company’s growth since its inception. She has a MA in Archaeology for Screen Media and has a background in marketing and business management.  She is responsible for developing company policy, providing archaeology advice for projects and administration within the business.

Lewis Protheroe – Project Manager

Lewis has worked at TUSC since 2016, is responsible for a number of TUSC’s major projects and represents TUSC at utility workshops and conferences within England and Wales. His professional and thorough style has proved a success with TUSC’s clients.

Reece Burkey – Project Manager

Reece joined TUSC in 2019 in an administrative role having decided he wanted a change of career.  Having shown a aptitude for and interest in project management, Reece has recently been promoted to a project manager position.
